Join us in St. Louis for the UKirk Summit. The Summit is a biannual, 48 hour, pre-GA gathering for collegiate chaplains, college ministers, campus pastors, and anyone whose work regularly intersects with the lives of college-aged students.
At this year’s Summit, we’ll delve into the heart of Christ-centered advocacy, most fully realized through a shift in our understanding of human relationally. Borrowing from Martin Buber’s famous book, I and Thou, we’ll examine how we can be advocates for others in mission, tragedy, and worship. In addition to our plenaries, we'll have breakout conversations around collegiate mission trips, gun violence, gender equality and several other critical ways advocate for others.
The Summit begins at 12:00pm on June 14th and concludes at 12:00pm on June 16th. This year, the Todd Hall Retreat Center just 20 minutes outside of the heart of St. Louis (https://www.toddhallretreat.org).
We'll provide transportation from the St. Louis airport, provide two nights lodging (double occupancy with private baths) and all your meals (6x) during your stay at the Summit, before delivering you to the opening worship of General Assembly, 2018 (accommodates and meals for GA are not provided and require additional registration).
But wait, it gets better... The UKirk Summit is 100% free to participants (not including flights or the cost of personally driving to Todd Hall). We've only got space for 50 participants, so don't delay and register now. Link to register: https://goo.gl/gxupMY
